Caregiver Requirements

All applicants must meet the following:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid state ID or driver’s license
• Social Security card
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Good communication and professional behavior
• Experience as a CNA, HHA, PCA, or caregiver (preferred but not required — we train!)

Background Screening Requirements

For the safety of our clients, all caregivers must complete:

• National background check
• Sex offender registry check
• Tuberculosis (TB) test
• Physical exam/medical clearance
• Employment reference check

Rose Home Care Services LLC follows all state and federal guidelines for caregiver screening.

• Escort to appointments
